Telephone/Online Reservation

If you would like to subscribe to this trust product after fully understanding it, please be sure to call our customer service hotline at 021-58406267 or 021-58777571, or make a reservation by visiting the “Online Subscription” page of our website, in order to avoid any loss in the event that subscription funds are not timely transferred to your account due to time constraints. We will send you the contractual documents for your signature without delay.

Contract Signing And Submission of Required Materials

The minimum subscription amount for a fund product is RMB 1 million yuan with increments of RMB 100,000 yuan. A Principal must submit an application to an agent institution by supplying the following documents:
1. Subscription Reservation Form, duly filled, single copy (download available in the Documents Download section)
2.Trust Contract, duly filled and signed in duplicate.
3.Subscription Risk Disclosure Statement, duly filled and signed in duplicate.
4.Investor Questionnaire, duly filled and signed, single copy.
5.Subscription Application Form, duly filled and signed, single copy.
6.Purchase Application Form, duly filled and signed in duplicate, in the event that the Principal requires subscription to additional units of the same product.
7.Two photocopies of national identification card, both sides, duly signed and legible.
8.Two photocopies of the beneficiary account, duly signed and legible (This account should be the same as the beneficiary account specified in the contract).
9.One duly signed and legible photocopy of the wire transfer receipt for the transfer of the subscription amount and subscription fees into the subscription account.
* Note: Investors are requested to fill out the forms in print script and avoid modification.
If a modification is necessary, please put a signature where the modification is made.

Transfer of The Subscription Funds

We will notify you by phone once your documents are received. Following such acknowledgment, you should transfer, with your registered bank account and one day prior to an opening day, the subscription amount and subscription fee into the subscription account, noting “for subscription of xxx product” as the purpose of transfer;

* Note: the account name of the outgoing account must be identical to the name of the Principal.

Confirmation of Trust Relationship

After subscription, we will send you the stamped contract and a letter of acknowledgment noting the shares you hold for a trust fund.

Principal fills out and sign the Subscription Reservation Form (single copy), Trust Contract (in duplicate), Subscription Application Form (in duplicate), Subscription Risk Disclosure Statement (in duplicate), and Investor Questionnaire (single copy)
Follow-up subscription
Principal fills out and sign the Purchase Application Form (in duplicate)
The principal submits two photocopies of national identification card on both sides, and two photocopies of the beneficiary account.
The principal transfers the subscription amount and subscription fee into the subscription account, noting “for subscription of xxx product” as the purpose of transfer.
